Overall our experience with Veteran’s United Home Loans was Awesome!
The help we received from the moment we inquired about a VA Loan online was astounding. We had an immediate phone call with a knowledgeable representative. We put our loan application through online and quickly had a letter in hand to show realtors that we were approved to make offers. The loan specialist and their team made every step understandable, which relieved us of so much stress while trying to find a home in this unprecedented market. We are grateful to the VA, the loan specialists, and their team members for helping us purchase our final home near our family in Maine. It would not have been possible without their guidance and support. We highly recommend all Veterans look into their own eligibility when considering a home purchase.
Buying a house can be stressful and I had my doubts. Veterans United not only helped me with the whole process of purchasing a house. They will even help you with the process of finding out the utilities, so you don't have to look for them yourself.

my wife and i , would like to tell people who are seeking a loan, that veterans united, is the most proffessional, friendly, and detialed loan company we ever delt with. we just refinanced our loan and again they were just great. they are so friendly and on top of every detail. they take the stress out of getting a loan. Amazing doesn’t begin to describe this team. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond to help make this process go smoothly. Will was always on top of everything. Any concern my husband or I had were immediately remedied and calmed. He is a very reassuring, kind, personable, and diligent person. Adrienne (I am so sorry if I butchered the spelling) was beyond helpful as well. She is assertive on getting answers we needed as fast as possible and such a sweet person to speak with. We could not have asked for a better team. I’m not sure there is even a better one out there. We will always refer other vets to Will and his team.
They were considerate and they checked on us and even sent us a pizza looking cutting board of good quality.
I have been through the home-buying process before, but working with Veterans United, Ted Richardson and his team, was by far the best experience I have had. The streamlined process, easy account access for each step of the way, straightforward closing as well as the great communication and personal touches made this aspect of purchasing a home an enjoyable experience.
