The entire experience was incredible. The whole team was there every step of the way to answer any questions I could have. The response time was quick and all questions where answered even if they had to go the extra mile to get the answers for you. It was like having angels watching over you the entire process.

The whole team failed to communicate with me. I was buying a house while in another country, so the call and leave a voicemail option was not an acceptable action for my family. Would take 2-3 emails to finally get a response, in which none of my questions would actually be answered. The lack of communication delayed my closing 3 separate times. Altogether as a first time home buyer this was a completely terrible experience and I will never use this company again.
If you are a veteran, VETERANS UNITED IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!

The loan process went on smoothly. Staff are helpful and always available for any questions or concern. This is a second home but I have to admit that I don't know how it was to go through home buying again but it was good to have Veterans assisted us in every step of the way.
