Great service! We closed fast! And they found us a great home!

Great. Great.

Do not even start the VA Mortgage process with Veterans United. The Company has incompetent people working for them, especially the underwriters. There are other companies that will help you, more professionally.

Buying and refinancing my home with Veterans United was the best decision I have made for myself. Felt like someone had my back the whole time, they were quick to return communication, and maintained manageable expectations. Their end numbers were better than expected, I feel confident that I got the best service and deal that I could get. Can't say enough good things about the loan team assigned to me.

My experience with Veterans United was not a good one. On multiple occasions I was asked to supply documents that should have been asked for at the very beginning. We were told a Radon test was required. This is also something that should have been informed to us early. It was over 2 months into the process when this was explained. There were multiple occasions I was asked to submit documents that I had already submitted and they were lost. All of this coming after we had delayed closing several times. I am thankful that it did work out. However my experience was very poor I will not recommend.

I really enjoyed working with Veterans United. The loan agents are truly there to help you and inform you on how the loan process works.

Natalee Fitzgerald was also amazing she was very helpful and did a lot of the leg work so I didn’t have to. For example she found all the utility information. I love Natalee and everyone at the veterans united!

Ashley was a life saver, she guided and helped me through the entire process.

You have made the right choice selecting Veterans United for your home financing. Joel Deiber was our loan officer . He is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, transparent and showed exceptional professionalism.
He explains everything about the loan process clearly and made it easy to understand. We are most grateful for his sincere guidance and care for our financial best interests most importantly for his support during the entire process even before we had a contract.
We bought our home in Miami, Florida a very competitive market. For 8 months , yes 8 months! Joel stuck by us. He had positive and encouraging words for us every time we had a failed offer. When we finally got a contract, the same day we got a call from Joel explaining the next steps. He was clear and direct and made understanding home financing easy. He took the time to list all the steps in a follow-up email after the phone call. We appreciated that a lot. In the email he listed all the steps to expect , how to use the myVU portal and a link to informational videos produced by Veterans United and introduced us to his team. His team works so well and helped us with everything. A truly efficient and well coordinated team! The level of support and guidance we were given was unparalleled.

I'm very happy with my purchase and blessed to have had VA home buying benefits!

The team was great truly professionals just can't say enough 5 stars all the way.

This is the wife speaking. Happy wife, happy life.

As a first time home owner I was very anxious about this process. The Veterans United team was with me every step of the way and helped me in every way they could! The process was very smooth. I would recommend them 1,000 percent!

Make sure to always check everyone especially the builder, contractors and lender.

If home comes with appliances check to see that they function properly so you don't have to pay out of pocket for repairs that insurance doesn't cover.
