Hands down the easiest home buying experience I have ever had. Melissa and the Veterans United team make the process seamless. We purchased a home without a realtor and was initially intimidated at the task, almost to the point of backing out of the purchase but with the help of VU we were able successfully close on our home. If your looking for the easiest, most professional home buying experience Veterans United is the way to go.
If you're a Veteran then Veterans United is the best place to go to purchase or refinance a home. You'll deal with 2 people, 3 at the most. It's such a smooth and easy way to do business.
My entire team was responsive and provided timely updates.
This company is set up to help veterans. They give you all of the information and resources you need to finance and transition to your new home.

100% without a doubt would recommend Veterans United to any potential Veteran homebuyers. Glenn Leach (our loan specialist), Kevin Almazan (credit consultant), Chelsea Hesketh-Youss (Home Insurance), and Justin Graver (our home buying concierge) really provided us support throughout the process. We cannot say enough about the level of support from this team.
We will not recommend Veterans United to any potential buyers, home buying is stressful enough, having a lender who doesn't clearly communicate does not balance the "knowledge" the staff supposedly has about veteran families.
Thank you all! We love the new home, and are making it ours more and more every day. Plus the one month of mortgage-free isn't bad either to fill out the house will all the stuff we'd eventually need to get.

I would never recommend Veterans United. It was a terrible experience and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I was to far in when I wanted to change lenders and the rates had already gone up or I definitely would have changed to another lender.
