This was the worst experience I have had with Veterans United. They ripped us off because thier employee made multiple mistakes. We will now being paying that cost for the rest of our loan. I will not be recommending them as I have done in the past.

We have been loyal to Veterans United for many years. However, this experience has been the most rewarding, challenging at times, but well worth it. The communication by Taylor our concierge never stopped. She was always sending updates for movers, insurance, utilities, and just checking on the morale at times when we hit some slick roads. Always seeking solutions to problems, never skipped a beat, and never wasted time by forgetting to ask for something or send something. Every weekly closeout we could expect accurate updates regarding homework due or how the process was currently going.
