There were multiple ups and downs through out our loan process. The government shut down did not help. Im not sure if it was the loan team or the underwriting team, but our blood pressure stayed high. Im sure individually they were great, but there were multiple times that someone we needed to speak to was out of office and times where documents had been submitted multiple times and still requested. Also times where agents would only speak to Jacob even though I am a joint buyer.
This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! I know you always hear about bad experiences, but you best believe my wife and I will be talking very highly about this!

We cannot thank the team enough. For a decision as big as buying your first home, the last thing you need is doubt. Veterans United, particularly Dave's team, ensured that what we wanted, in our hearts, was to buy this first home. It was, and they made our dream happen. No, I would not recommend it to anyone. It was extremely stressful, too disorganized, poor communication, not enough information given, and very confusing to go through . I was recovering from a surgery and they made the stress from that even worse. I had a fainting episode and had to go to the hospital again during this period of waiting for everything to go through.

Everybody at Veterans United that I either talked with or corresponded with through emails and texts were very knowledgeable and very cordial always willing to help would answer any questions that I had.
everything went smooth and the staff was there all the way to help out with any questions and help to resolve them
