Seen mixed feelings about VU, and wasn’t sure about it at 1st, but the team was great, the process was easy & all done on my iPhone, when I needed help, all my concerns were addressed by Dean in no time! At 1st I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy, but got the pre-approval months before I wanted to look with no pressure to buy until I was ready. I will buy again anytime with VU, in fact I plan on it in a few years. Thank you Dean, Brandon and everyone else.

I had a great experience from start to finish with VU. To be honest, I had tried using them 5 years ago and I went with another lender back then. However, I’m glad I gave them another chance for this new purchase! I was able to complete almost everything through their app, the POCs were extremely responsive and always willing to call, their rates were competitive with all the big banks, and most importantly they remained flexible with all the ups and downs of home buying.
