Poor communication, misleading promises, zero sense of urgency by VU to get things done. Had to re-upload documents multiple times, had to ask about appraisal getting done multiple times, paid for it well in advance and didn't get done on time and pushed our closing out another week. Bought points and still paid a loan origination fee because "oh we'll lose money on this if they allow that" except they'll make that amount off of me in interest in the first two months.
Ryan, Jimmy and Michael got me taken care of and in a house with no problems. Being a first time buyer i had a lot of questions and they were patient and helpful the entire way. Couldn't have done it with out them
