Overall the experience was disjointed and seemed uncoordinated. The woman from the title company that came here to close it actually provided a lot more answers and corrections were made. I think the people involved have good intentions but the system seems pretty random. A bit like dealing with the VA.

I would offer my STRONGEST recommendation for getting a loan from Veterans United. CLEARLY Subject Matter Experts in their field!!!



It was painless even though it was lengthy. The rate given is very satisfactory.








Veterans United is absolutely my top pick for my future home loans.

Jen and Garrett were awesome to work with! They were always very cordial and quickly responded to questions or concerns. We refinanced with Veterans United and the process was handled all online, except for closing when a notary came to our house to sign the documents. I would recommend Veterans United to all.
