Tim and his team did everything right from the first time I called his office till the last. This was my 1st home purchase and I've heard rhe horror stories of how rhe VA Loan process (or any home loan purchase) was terrible, the worst type of nightmare, etc and so on. Yim and his team not only made me feel like I was Family, but that they were truly there with me every step of the way. There were a couple of overwhelming moments, but Tim cal Ed me down and explained everything clearly and intelligently. He and his team made this Nightmare a perfectly peaceful dream. I appreciate everything he and his team did for me and I would buy another home tomorrow if I could have Tim handle it with me.

Our decision to work with Veterans United was simply the best due to our personal loan specialist Jimmy Stranz with the help of Josh Carlyon and Ashley Black, or as we call them "The Dream Team"!! From the very beginning we had constant contact with everyone through emails and phone calls and never felt that we were bothering them, which was very comforting when you are moving half way across the country and are already feeling isolated.

They are completely knowledgeable about the home-buying process and help you understand everything as they guide you through the process. My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports.
