Everything was fine for the most part. The only concern I had was some of the paperwork didn’t get updated until the last minute. This led to confusion over us providing a down payment, which needed more paperwork. This all occurred after cleared to close and led to delays in the final underwriting process. It did not affect our final timeline, but definitely added more stress at the end.
Lindsey was an all star for sure and we felt your company is in great hands with this young lady. We are in our 50's and know first hand on hard it is to get great service now days. If I knew of anyone looking for a home loan we would recommend her then that person would recommend her and so on. Amazing how one phone call to your company changed our lives for the better.
