What a roller coaster of emotions. I went from being told no by one realtor to the next day having an amazing new realtor. A month after that, I was moving things out of my storage and into my home. Everything was easy on my end. Communication was excellent. Hell, they even kept me at ease when the closing date got pushed out later in the month of Jan. Overall, awesome. Thanks for helping provide stability for my children.
They are great but you just have to be on top of all the documents they ask you for. The faster you get things done the faster the can process your paperwork to get your loan for closing.
