While my team was amazing one person stood out for me. That person was my loan coordinator Heather Risenhoover. She was my Johnny of the spot. She was there just about ever time I really needed to talk to someone. The entire team was good with things that I needed and it was given in a very timely manner. I had a close date that only had to be backed up by 7 days and that was due to the survey. Amazing, Amazing, AMAZING work by my team! Thank you soooo very much! Oh and I had a for sale by owner purchase. I was my realtor and again my team was FLAWLESS in the direction they lead me!

Overall my first home buying experience with Veterans United was delightful and I have already recommended their services to others searching for new homes!

The lack of respect I received as a consumer -- let alone, a combat veteran -- left a lot to be desired. Be prepared to be under contract for your home early in the process with no chance to negotiate after the inspection or appraisal. It's a seller's market but, low interest rates.

Veterans United works very fast and effectively! They helped me in so many ways with this being my first home. I would also recommend Chelsea Perkins she was absolutely amazing during our transition.
