To be honest, I dreaded going into this home purchase process, fearing the sheer volume of tasks would be overwhelming. But VU was right there with me every step of the way, taking on part of the burden when they could, explaining details the entire time, and making the whole thing far easier than I imagined it would be. The VU online portal was a HUGE help, too -- easy to understand and use, completely reliable, and well-designed. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the 3-person team from VU that helped us buy our dream home was an All-Star team. Ross, Rachel, and Kallee were kind, patient, anticipatory, and completely on top of their game. Believe me when I say that if you don't use Veterans United to buy your next home, you'll be at a disadvantage. I never write testimonials...unless I'm completely satisfied. Well, I WAS. This was an outstanding home-buying experience. And by the way? I felt not only that I had a great team backing me up, but that they were watching out for us, too, protecting us from potential pitfalls. I absolutely consider myself lucky to have worked with VU. And now, after we've moved into our new home, my wife and I couldn't be happier.
