Josh Salicco and his team excel in customer service, expertise, care and due diligence. Using an out of state lender had my concerns, however it quickly faded with each email, text and phone conversation. Each one of them "ALWAYS" responded to my questions/concerns within moments of my requests.Bobbie Hafford (Credit Consultant) was a tremendous help to me as she design a plan to bring my credit score up so that I was able to utilize my VA loan benefits. It was because of Bobbie that my initial concerns with using a out-of-state lender faded significantly. She would often send me instructions and encourage me along the way.
