If you are a Veteran, Veteran's United is the way to go. They make to process of buying and refinancing very simple and easy to maneuver through. They have a very professional staff that will assist you during your home buying journey. I really like their "to do list" which helps keep up with all documents and using docu-sign, makes signing just a click of a button. Never bought a house over the internet, quiet a eye opening experience I must admit. I really feel old but these folks got it done. Impressive to say the least.
A few times we would call regarding a question and would receive an email back in response that would not answer our questions fully which was frustrating. Had communication been better, the scores would have been higher.
The overall process went well and in a timely manner. Everyone was very competent and pleasant.
