Like I recommended to the veterans united customer advocate, I recommend conducting an internal investigation to ensure this situation wont happen to others in the future. $28000 due to negligence is a big mistake.

Good ppl I just wish there was a way to keep hackers out 100% of the time. Since everything is done online and all signatures are eSignal, I wish it was 100% secure....only in a perfect world.
