Great team they were willing to put in the hard work to help veterans like me out with setting up with a home. Every step of the way they weee clear with communication and met my needs as not just a service member but a family man as well.
Everything went smoothly with a couple minor hiccups. When it came to buying homeowners insurance I was told I was not going to be able to get the loan because the roof was too old, which was not true. I ended up not using any of the quoted insurance companies and used a different one that ended being cheaper anyway. There was also some miscommunication between the title company real, estate agent and loan coordinator causing a delay in signing closing paperwork by one day.
From Start to finish Don was on it. He was responding to my texts late at night and on weekends. I never waited longer than 24 hours for any kind of response. The company gave me a 5 dollar gift card to Starbucks, so if you're a client and it seems like a just touching bases email respond to it.
