I started with Jason Crone from day 1, when i wanted to purchase the house im in now, for my wife that really wanted it before she passed away. She only had it for a couple months, but ..thanks to Jason Crone, he made it happen for my wife and I, and i know, without a single doubt, she is, to this day and always, eternally thankful and always will be, even though she is in heaven.
Great work!
It was very easy and intuitive to work with Veterans United.
My family had to live in a hotel, and air bnb, as we had to push our closing date all of our money for moving and set up at the new house was wasted on hotels, storage units and rental truck extensions. We moved across country and we were left homeless as our closing of the 15th to be here on time we left on 12th and planned to be in the house on the 15th. They cancle that closing date over insurance that had been approved before we moved. Without a place for my family to live for a week while I had to leave to go back across country, when I planned to have my family in a house. Made me sick scared and pissed for the week being off my family. This event has turned at least 3 of my Veteran friends away from veterans united home loans. They saw what was going on and said he'll no ill never use them.

First time using VU and I will NEVER use anyone else. Ever.
Rachel and Jessie were great to work with, they were always prepared to answer any questions and they would always prepare you on what the next step was in the process. They knew when to push out information so that you were not overwhelmed during the whole process. I would recommend them to any buyers especially first home buyers.
Veterans United helped me buy my home and also helped me refinance it. They made the process so easy and explained everything. Thank you Veterans United.

I was skeptical because of the commercials and celebrity endorsement (Rob Regal). But this has been the smoothest, stress free, home buying experience. I appreciate the help as well as the professionalism and willingness to go to bat for me. 100% will use and recommend again!
These guys, hands down, made the loan process so easy and smooth for me, and I was by no means an easy case! I was transitioning from overseas with a new job, self employed, taking a job at a full time place and thought there was no way I could get a loan with that history, but they made it happen! They were extremely responsive to all my questions, frequently checked in with me to make sure I was “ok”, which made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I will 100% be coming back to these guys and look forward to continuing working with them for my home loan.
I think there needs to be more pressure on the VA Inspector to do their job in a timely manner. When there is only 30 days to close it is pretty negligent to wait until the last minute to start doing the job. This delayed the closing an extra week. This costs people money because they have to cancel rental trucks, work being done, utilities being turned on, etc.
