The sale was delayed by person not being in office the morning it was sent to her start working on it. Which was very frustrating. And emails didn't come across about the wellness check for 3 days. When there are storm in the areas I think a simple phone call would be better because lightning gets between the satellites and delays these things. I could explain all to you but I think to get the idea. It ended up hurting the seller more than it me. But it has hurt me a lot. Now I am in a rush on every thing. I cannot get down there until next week.
My Loan officer Schandler Rogers is without question the best. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate all the effort he and his team put into helping me achieve this milestone. I’m a happy homeowner because of their dedication and hard work ethic. Thank each and every one of you.
Evan and the team who worked with him to make home buying possible has been overall an excellent experience. They all were efficient and the communication was well above the call of duty. I would rate higher if I could but for now a 10/10!

In the beginning I was nervous about applying for a home loan. From the moment I got on the phone they were kind and knowledgeable and set my worries to rest. The process seemed simple then, as they walked me through it step by step. The time for searching for a home was the hardest part! Lol, that takes the longest. Finding the perfect home and being sure that's "the one". After finding a home then the staff are helpful making sure you have the right document to sign and making sure nothing is missed. It's a wonderful and exciting way to buy the perfect home. The staff are reliable and are eager to help. They stayed in touch with me through email and text and phone calls through the whole thing which made me feel like I could stop stressing so much over the little things like the "what if's". I am now a happy home owner thanks to my team of experts standing by my side.
