I have bought and sold houses in the past, but this buy was an unmitigated disaster dealing with the realtors as well as the title company. The only people in my corner seemed to be my loan team and I thank GOD for them. Personally, the whole system needs to be revamped and get away from the plug and play answers in the disclaimers.
I think buyers and sellers should discuss the property together and cut out all the third-party conversation whose sole intent is to quick sale for money.

You guys need to advertise more. I love USAA, but you blew them away in regard to the financial deals you offered. I wish more veterans knew about you guys so they could benefit as well. The quality of service, really the whole experience, is something I will be advocating to my vet friends for years to come.
