Blake was amazing. There seemed to be a disconnect with some of the other personnel at Veterans United. It was confusing why so many people had to ask us for the property address during the whole process.
We had a brokerage that was very hard to work with, our buying agent was not very encouraging in the process of buying our home especially when they knew we were going to use the VA loan. We were told the VA takes forever to get under contract and even to close on your home. When I had reached out to Veterans United, I talked with Stephen Scott, he helped us to understand the process. He helped us get prequalified and also helped with getting our agent on board. I would recommend Veterans United to anybody that can use their VA loan. They were on top of the whole process to the day we closed. Now we have our home of our dreams because of them. It is very reassuring to know that you have a whole team that works with you.

I didn’t have a problem with anyone but with my realtor being so responsive and attentive i wished so were the loan agents. A few questions werent even answered but its okay I can figure it out later. Also the constant reminder that i needed to get home insurance when i told them the reason I was waiting was stressful but we did manage to push through so it worked out. Overall thank you.

Scott always response pretty quick and answers all my questions. He did alot of work for stuff to get approved and get my house that I can afford and also contacted me months later on to remind me that I can refinance at a lower rate which is im very thankful. Because I would've forgot about it due to the fact that I already have a good deal and mortgage that I can afford, so now I can save up $100 plus dollars from refinancing my mortgage. So me and my family are very thankful to him 🙏
