The loan officers, especially Eric Highley & crew was very informative, and was always in touch with new items to do for my loan. If the buyer stays on top of their requests and gets them back in to them as quick as possible, it makes your loan process even smoother.

Home Buyer Beware. I know this comment wont be posted, but Buyer Beware. 2 weeks past closing and I am still being asked to sign documents that Veterans United lost for a 3rd time. Still waiting on debt to be paid over two weeks ago. No follow up from Veterans United. They washed their hands as soon as they got their money. I would shop around before going with them.Their loan "specialist" was unaware of major loan changes from over a month ago so 3 days before closing my entire loan term and monthly payment changed. Not what you would expect from someone so highly recommended.
