What should have been a 30 day close ended up taking almost 90 days and my wife and I with our 3 pets living in motels for a month due to poor communication. With the help of senior management final results finally worked out, but the stress along the way seemed to age us 20 years.
VA is a very professional and responsive organization. They will go the extra mile and will move mountains to get anything accomplished. They will never take no for an answer and will hold your hand throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful and it’s really hard to find that has your best interest at heart. They are truly amazing and I have my house today because of VA and I highly recommending them to others

If you’re looking for a VA loan, look for someone local to where you live. This is my second time using Veterans United and also my last. My first experience with them, about 5 years ago, went relatively smooth. This time however was the worst experience ever. I’m assuming that the company has taken on more loans than they can successfully handle and they stay way behind on what’s needed from the VA in every aspect of the loan. Then when they do ask for something and you give it to them, they ask for it again. Communication within the working groups seems to be an issue. I do not recommend using this company and would suggest you check out banks our lenders where you can talk to someone face to face.
