I was dreading the home buying process, but Veterans United made it so easy. We would not have our home today if it were not for there dedication and excellent customer service.
The appraiser was very late, cost more than double and held up the closing of the house. We understand that was out of control of us and MyVetUnit's control.
This was my second time dealing with Ashley and I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. She treated all my questions as being important and not dumb. It left me with no doubts about my decisions and gave me no reason to ever look anywhere else for a veteran loan.
While other lenders can work VA loans, no one does it better than Veteran's United. This is my second loan with them and the level of professionalism is unmatched. I started down the path with another lender, then promptly switched back to Veteran's United when I realized they could be more helpful and understood the nuances better than my current lender. I highly recommend this organization. Don't trust this process to anyone else.
The whole process throughout was wrought with miscommunication, poor management from all sides and often left us in the dark. I would never recommend anyone ever use veterans United.
