I’m a long-term USAA member who decided to try VU because their rates were much more competitive. I was wary that they could perform like USAA in the customer service department, but they greatly exceeded my expectations. Their web-based interface was very good and our loan officer, Steve Schuh, was top-notch. I would definitely recommend VU!
