Our first home buying experience was anything but normal. My husband was deployed in Japan, I was living in Idaho, and we were planning our move to Iowa. To say it was stressful is an understatement, but the team at Veteran’s United stepped in and made this entire process so smooth. The entire process on my side was incredibly seamless. Mariah, Tim, and Nick were all absolutely amazing. When we ran into issues on the seller's side and lawyers gathering paperwork in a timely manner, Mariah was on top of it. I was included in all email correspondence and when I replied or would reach out to the attorney's office and get no response, Mariah would send out a second email to make sure I wasn't being ignored. My entire team couldn't have been any better. I truly adore them and the incredible effort they put forth into making my experience feel truly personal. Also, the care package they sent my family while I was sick included something for every member of my family, even my dog.
