Jess Vomund., Heather Risenhoover and the rest of their team, took such great care to ensure our whole Journey was explained step by step. We moved pretty much as fast as my husband and I were comfortable. Once we were really, really, ready, they stepped up and lead us to purchasing our first home and the whole process was very smooth. The only thing that I would say should be added in the beginning stages is tell the customer if their check stubs have a different name on them and then the person they work for and they will have to have a note from employer stating that is the same company so it doesn’t get kicked back from underwriting.
