This was an outstanding experience. I have not heard great things about the VA loan process but this by far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish the process was done in under 30 days. Our realtor said he had never worked with a VA Loan or lender that made things so easy or quick. Derek and Matt and the rest of the team were incredible!!!!

Garrett and Alison did an outstanding job handling my IRRRL. They were prompt with communication and handling of the issues we ran into regarding paperwork and insurance.
There were many problems and I share the blame so I don't to put this on Mr. Boussad. However do to my lack of knowledge and a lack of communication the loan process was a very stressful and bad experience.
