We have been through the mortgage experience several times over the years with rental properties. This by far was the easiest most streamlined and our first VA mortgage for our forever home. They have an excellent web site where you can always see what they have and what they still need and where we are in the process. We got a rate better than expected and that we love. After the loan was almost finalized we got a wonderful unexpected, personalized gift that was shipped to our door. We felt appreciated for having served!
