I think it would be very beneficial if you have a letter that went out that told the process. Because buying a house is so stressful a mapped out process would help to keep the stress lower. A good example of that was when we had to have the house reappraised.
We love our new house and we couldn't of had our dream come true if it wasn't for veterans home loan
I would recommend all veterans use local brokers that they can talk to in person. Our comm's were less than satisfactory much of the time.
