PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE
Good faith estimate was extremely far off due to "forgetting" to include taxes. This was not our mistake and nothing was done to fix the mistake. We were only notified a week before closing because we called about another question. Also when my husband called customer service, a very rude and inappropriate comment was made...especially coming from a veterans company.

A difference Mortgage Company dismissed us quickly and was uninterested in trying to do anything for us. Nathan and Alyssa went the extra 10,000 miles and made it happen.
