Veterans United Home Loans communication and responsiveness was great. Their website loan tracker was very helpful and easy to use. Additionally, the ability to digitally sign most documents was incredibly helpful to speed up the loan process. Greg Wiele was low pressure and high performance. He addressed all my questions promptly and with all of the details required to make an informed decision.

What’s the point of doing a VA no money down loan if you end up having to put down 2,500? I had asked over a month ago about including the closing cost in the loan and was told that could be done, what happened to that plan???!!!

Thank you for your questions John. The $0 money down VA loan is often misunderstood. Each Veteran utilizing the VA loan may still have some out of pocket costs associated with closing or finalizing the loan, though a down payment is not required in most purchases.
