Refinance my mother's house and Gerrit took care of this process. It took so long because of me an job working so much and trying to get paperwork in. He is always available and or contacts you about the current situation . I had to increase the cash out and he took care of that before we went to signing. I have used Gerrit several times and he has always done an excellent job without issues at signing.
These guys had a lot of patience and made my wife and I very comfortable. They gave us constant updates and always got back to us in a timely manner.
